Hyundai Sonata Hybrid

A few months ago we purchased a new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid.  I've been very impressed with Hyundai lately.  They are making great improvements to their vehicles and getting high marks from owners and from Consumer Reports.

We've been very happy with the car so far, but like many 1st-year models, they can have quirks and issues that need to be fixed.  Hyundai has been really awesome about informing us when there are new firmware updates and recalls to fix.  Recent we brought the car in where they replaced several parts and updated the software.

If this wasn't good enough service, today we received a letter in the mail from Hyundai apologizing for the maintenance we've experienced and offering us a $50 dollars gift card as compensation for our trouble.

Now that's customer service!

Yeah, 'cause when you spend $26,000 on a car, getting a $50 gift card ain't bad. :)
